The assistant and the lists never carry national ID, parentage or address. Phone numbers are masked. The full record requires permission, checked again the moment it opens.
Medical records are kept for twenty years. Nothing is truly erased: the system archives, and the application user doesn’t even have delete permission on clinical tables.
